With over 32 years of hands-on experience in tool grinding, I have built a career spanning every aspect of the trade—from manual grinding foundations to specializing in ANCA CNC production. My expertise covers both HSS and carbide tooling, ranging from standard endmills to highly complex form cutters, along with advanced programming and tool design. Beginning my career as a grinder, I advanced into programming and supervisory roles, ultimately serving as a production manager where I led teams and optimized manufacturing processes. This journey of continuous growth and leadership has now evolved into launching my own business venture, where I bring together decades of technical knowledge and proven management experience to deliver precision, efficiency, and innovation in cutting tool solutions.
